Judgment : 1. The petitioner has come before this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in F.I.R.No.216 of 2014 dated 16.04.2014. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3. Taking note of the registration of the First Information Report dated 16.04.2014, it is appropriate to direct the respondent to file a final report as early as possible. 4.
