Judgment : 1. This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 28.06.2014. 2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that based on the petitioner's complaint, enquiry was conducted and complaint was closed on 16.07.2014. 3. In view of that, it is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedy for appropriate relief before the appropriate forum. 4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
