Judgment 1. This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 01.07.2014 and proceed with the same as per law within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 2. Though the petitioner has sought for registration of his complaint, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the proposed accused Kaliyamoorthy has given a complaint on 21.06.2014 and as a counter-blast, the petitioner has given the present complaint dated 01.07.2014. Both the complaints were enquired into and closed on 10.07.2014. 3. In view of that, it is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedy for appropriate relief before the appropriate forum. 4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
