Judgment 1. The prayer sought for by the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition is only for passing of an order by this Court in directing the Respondents 1 to 6 to consider its representation dated 21/8/2014 and 11/10/2014 and to pass appropriate orders. 2. In the representation dated 11/10/2014, the Petitioner had inter alia stated as follows:- “For smooth operation and the safety of the road users has to be ensured by implementing the guidelines of authorities. The encroachments and the unauthorized access to the NHAI are major hurdle to implement the above. So vide refer letter above the PD has instructed to do not give power supply without getting NOC from the NHAI to the persons who are having premises along the/nearer to NHAI and asked to disconnect the such authorized service connection. Further, the local bodies also requested to do not practice giving clearances to the applicants from the road side premises without getting NOC from the NHAI. This is for your kind information and action please.” 3. The Petitioner in an earlier representation dated 21/8/2014 had stated the same facts as mentioned in the letter of the Second Respondent dated 11/10/2014. As such, to avoid repetition, this Court is not making any reference to the said representation of the Petitioner dated 21/8/2014. In view of the fact that the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition has sought only for passing of an order by this Court in directing the Respondents 1 to 6 to consider its representation dated 21/8/2014 and 11/10/2014, this Court without going into the merits of the matter and also not expressing any opinion one way or other and also not delving deep into the merits of the matter, in the interest of Justice and Fair Play, directs the Respondents 1 to 6 to consider the representation of the Petitioners dated 21/8/2014 and 11/10/2014 in a fair, dispassionate and unbiased manner and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order (of course, after providing due opportunities to the Petitioner and others concerned, if any by adhering to the principles of natural Justice). 4. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
