Judgment 1. This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner herein in connection with the Cr.No.97 of 2014 on the file of the respondent Police. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is not an accused and there is no harassment by the respondent Police. 3. The said statement is recorded. 4.
