JUDGMENT S. VIMALA, J. 1. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/Sole Accused seeking to call for the records on the file of the respondent police in Crl. No. 40 of 2014 and quash the same. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet also has been filed on 16.06.2014. 3. Having regard to the submission made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
