Judgment : 1. According to the Petitioner, he had made a representation to the Respondent to survey his land on 29/9/2014. Although, a notice dated 1/7/2013 was issued to the persons, viz., Badranaicker, Subbaiya Gounder, Chinnaiya Gounder and Chinnaiyagounder, in and by which in connection with measurement of land work requiring the concerned persons to appear on 16/8/2013 at about 10.00 a.m., at Athur Village. Nothing tangile had taken place thereafter and in fact, there was no progression of the matter till date. 2. In view of the fact that the Petitioner's limited prayer is only for issuance of a direction by this Court to the Respondent to survey and locate the four boundaries of the Petitioner's land in Old Survey No.143/1C4, New Survey No.143/9 measuring an extent of 2.00 Ares at Aathur Village, Aathur Taluk (Old Dindigul Taluk), Dindigul District, this Court on the basis of Equity and Fair Play, directs the Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 29/9/2014 in a fair and just manner and to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order (of course, after providing necessary opportunities to the Petitioner and others concerned, if any, by adhering to the principles of natural Justice). 3. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
