Judgment Heard the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents. 2. The Petitioner's grievance is that the Respondents have not considered his case nor passed any orders on the representation submitted by him on 07.10.2014. 3. It is the case of the Petitioner that the 2nd Respondent shall allots Tender, as per the their whims and fancies. Further, all the Tenders are with relevant to public Works and equal opportunities to be given for participation in the Tender. Undoubtedly, the right of participation is valuable right guaranteed under the Constitution. 4. Considering the fact that the Petitioner's request is only to consider his representation dated 07.10.2014 by the Respondents, this Court, in the interest of justice, directs the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 07.10.2014, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, of course, after providing due opportunities to the Petitioner and concerned parties, if any, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
