Judgment : 1. This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register an F.I.R on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 12.07.2014 lodged by post. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.07.2014, an enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 01.08.2014. 4. In view of that the second respondent police is directed to give closure report to the petitioner. On receipt of the closure report, it is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedy for appropriate relief before the appropriate forum. 5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
