JUDGMENT N. KIRUBAKARAN, J. 1. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 2. Based on the petitioner's complaint, an F.I.R. has been registered on 10.05.2014 in Crime No. 162 of 2014 under Sections 147, 148, 447, 451, 379, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC. 3. It is also seen that the F.I.R. has been registered by the respondent police only by virtue of the order of this Court, directing them to apprehend the culprit and deal with in accordance with law and file a status report. Though the F.I.R. has been registered for the non-bailable offences, no one was arrested so far. 4. In view of the fact that there was a theft of coconuts and Amlas as revealed by the photographs, the respondent police is directed to give adequate police protection to the petitioner in accordance with law. 5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
