JUDGMENT N. KIRUBAKARAN, J. 1. This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 18.08.2014. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 16.04.2014. 4. In view of that, it is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedy for appropriate relief before the appropriate forum. 5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
