JUDGMENT N. KIRUBAKARAN, J. 1. This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent/police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 29.09.2014. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that he was threatened by the officials of Sriram Transport Finance Company Ltd. Karaikudi, and their agents with regard to the recovery of the due amount. 4. However, on enquiry, the Branch Manager, Sriram Transport Finance Company Ltd. Karaikudi, gave a statement before the respondent police on 19.07.2014, stating that they have not engaged anybody and the petitioner can proceed in accordance with law. Hence, the respondent police shall not disturb the petitioner except as per the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 5. Recording the statement of the Branch Manager, Sriram Transport Finance Company Ltd. Karaikudi, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
