Judgment : 1. Heard the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents. 2. According to the Petitioner, the Petitioner's deceased wife earlier gave a representation, addressed to the 3rd Respondent, seeking Patta in respect of the property in question. Unfortunately, the Petitioner's wife expired on 22.12.2013 leaving behind himself and his children, as Legal Representatives. As such, once again, another representation dated 23.09.2014 was addressed to the Respondents by the Petitioner reiterating their plea for grant of Patta. 3. The main grievance of the Petitioner is that Patta was not granted in respect of the Petitioner's property measuring an extent of 50 Cents on Southern side out of 1 Acre and 23 Cents, situated in Thanakkankulam Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District. 4. In view of the fact that the Petitioner is only praying for his representation, dated 23.09.2014, is to be considered by this Court in the manner know to law and in accordance with law, this Court, in the interest of justice, directs the 3rd Respondent / Tahsildar, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai District, to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 23.09.2014 in a Fair, Just and Dispassionate manner and to dispose of the said representation on merits, by passing a speaking, qualitative and quantitative order (of course, after providing due opportunities to the Petitioner and others concerned, if any) by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
