Judgment : 1. This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to register a First Information Report based on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2014. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.04.2014, an enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. 4. In view of that the second respondent police is directed to give closure report to the petitioner. It is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedy for appropriate relief before the appropriate forum. 5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
