Judgment 1. This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 17.09.2014. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner a case was registered in Crime No.242 of 2014 on 20.09.2014 under Sections 294(b), 323, 436 and 506(i) IPC. 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
