Judgment 1. It is stated by the petitioner on 22.02.2013, the accused trespassed into the petitioner's house and attacked the petitioner and his wife by deadly weapons resulting in they have sustained injuries. In this regard, the petitioner gave a complaint to the respondents but so far no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 3. A perusal of the accident register dated 22.02.2013 would reveal that four known persons attacked the petitioner with deadly weapons and he sustained injuries. Even the Wound Certificate dated 13.12.2013 of the petitioner and another certificate dated 13.12.2013 of his wife would prove that they have sustained injuries. 4. In view of that, this Court directs the second respondent to register the complaint today itself and report the same before this Court on 30.10.2014. 5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
