Judgment 1. The limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to consider the representation, dated 04.10.2014, by the second respondent/the Special Tahsildar, Land Acquisition, National Highways Department, R.S. Mangalam, Ramanathapuram District. 2. According to the petitioner, the present property was conveyed through registered sale deed, dated 21.09.1970, in favour of his father and the possession was also admitted and there is no iota of right or title in favour of the legal heirs of the petitioner father's vendor. However, one Subramanian, claiming right over the property, filed a suit in O.S.No.31 of 2003 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai and the same came to be dismissed. 3. In view of the fact that the petitioner's prayer is limited in nature that for passing of an order by this Court directing the second respondent to consider his representation, dated 04.10.2014, this Court without going into the merits of the matter and also not delving deep into the factual aspects of the matter, at this stage, is inclined to issue directions to the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.10.2014, in a fair, just and dispassionate manner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner shall be given adequate/enough opportunity by the second respondent prior to passing of the order by adhering to the principles of natural justice. 4. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
