Judgment 1. The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for passing an order by this Court directing the first respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the fourth respondent vide Ref.No.K1/23129/2008, within a time to be determined by this Court pursuant to the civil Court decree dated 25.03.1996 on the file of Sub Court, Ramanathapuram so as to enable the 3rd respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property in question. 2. In the light of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner for passing of an order by this Court in directing the first respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the fourth respondent in Reference No. K1/23129/2008, this Court determines a time of eight weeks to the first respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the fourth respondent pursuant to a civil Court decree dated 25.03.1996 on the file of Sub Court, Ramanathapuram, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, of course after providing necessary opportunities to the parties concerned by adhering to the principles of natural justice. The first respondent is directed to pass orders, on merits, in a fair, just, equitable and dispassionate manner. 3. With the above said direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
