Judgment The learned Government Advocate has submitted that petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently the complaint was closed as there were no grounds to proceed against the respondents 2 and 3 herein and therefore he has urged this Court to close this petition. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this original petition is closed.
