Judgment It is represented by Mr. S. Sugendran, learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is settled between the parties to the original petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Therefore, the original petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
