Judgment : The learned Government Advocate has submitted that already trial was conducted in the case in C.C.No.250 of 2009 for the offences under Sections 498-A and 494 of IPC and ultimately it was ended in acquittal and therefore, the original petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this original petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there is no representation for the petitioners.
