Judgment : The learned Government Advocate has submitted that the trial in C.C.No.243 of 2011 was conducted as against the respondent and ultimately, it ended in acquittal and as such, this original petition has become infructuous. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
