Judgment : 1. No appearance on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the learned counsel on record for the previous hearing as well as for the today's hearing. 2. The learned Standing Counsel for Tamil Nadu Wakf Board/respondents 1 & 2 and the learned Additional Government Pleader representing the third respondent/District Collector and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent individual are present. 3. According to the learned counsel for R-1 and R-2 and R-4, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirunelveli during the pendency of the writ petition, has duly passed an order for evicting the fourth respondent from the property in question and in execution of such order, the fourth respondent was dispossessed as per law and possession was thereafter handed over to the petitioner/Pallivasal. 4. Recording such statement, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
