Judgment : 1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has already been settled between the parties and hence, the prayer in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous. 2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
