Order 1. At the time of hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. Recording the said endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD).No.1 of 2010 is also dismissed. No costs.
