Judgment : 1. In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the seized 407 TEMPO bearing Registration No.TN-11-A-9520, seized on 03.10.2014 by the second respondent to the petitioner. 2. In the earlier hearing on 13.10.2014, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents and requests time to get instruction. 3. Today, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the written instruction issued by the respondents. 4. Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the order has been passed by the District Collector on 15.10.2014 and the petitioner would be entitled to release of the vehicle subject to the compliance of the conditions contained in the order passed by the Divisional Officer in Na.Ka.No.2846/2014/m1 dated 24.10.2014. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to comply with the conditions contained in the order passed by the Divisional Officer in Na.Ka.No.2846/2014/m1 dated 24.10.2014, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
