JUDGMENT K.B.K. VASUKI, J. 1. No representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the learned counsel on record. 2. The learned counsel for the respondents Bank has now brought to the notice of this Court that the conditional interim order dated 16.05.2012 is not complied with by the petitioner. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the respondent Bank has also approached the Debt Recovery Tribunal by way of O.A. No. 54 of 2014 for recovery of the amount due from the petitioner and only after obtaining any decree, the respondents will proceed with auction or sale of the tractor, subject to the outcome of the Original Application. 3. In view of such representation made herein, this Court feels that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected M.P. (MD) No. 1 of 2012 is closed. No costs.
