Judgment 1. No representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the learned counsel on record for the past two hearings. 2. The learned Government Advocate representing the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would now bring to the notice of this Court that the issue raised herein is relating to petitioner's right to run cable TV on the strength of the licence for the period upto 30.07.2013 and such period of licence has now expired. Hence, no further enquiry is necessary in this writ petition. 3. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
