Judgment 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader representing the first respondent/Executive Officer, Town Panchayat, Manamadurai are present. 2. The issue involved herein is against the auction conducted in respect of one of the shops belonging to the first respondent, Town Panchayat, Manamadurai to lease it out for a period of one year during 2012-2013. As the lease period already expired, no further enquiry is necessary in this writ petition. 3. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.(md).No.1 of 2012 is also closed.
