Judgment Aruna Jagadeesan, J. 1. This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to physically bring the body of the petitioner's daughter, namely, Nathiya, aged about 24 years before this Court. 2. The detenue was produced before this Court by the Inspector of Police, Brahmadesam Police station, Villupuram District, the first respondent herein. 3. Admittedly, the detenue is 24 years old. On enquiry, the detenue told before us that she had left her husband's home on her own and no one including the second respondent has abducted her. She further told us that she is willing to go with her father. 4. We record the statement made by the detenue and permit her to go with her father as per her wish. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
