Judgment Aruna Jagadeesan, J. 1. This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to physically bring the body of the petitioner's minor daughter, namely, N.Divya, aged about 17 years before this Court. 2. The detenue was produced before this Court by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Singarapettai Police Station, Oothangkarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District, the first respondent herein. 3. Admittedly, the detenue is 17 years old. On enquiry, the detenue told before us that she had left the parental home with one V.Vetrasu, whom she loved. However, she expressed her willingness to go with her parents. The father of the detenue, who was present in the Court, is willing to take his daughter with him. 4. Considering the fact that the detenue is a minor and recording the statements made by the detenue as well as her father, she is permitted to go with her father. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
