Judgment S. Tamilvanan, J. 1. We have heard Mr.S.N.Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.A.E.Lakshmi Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent. 2. The petitioner and the third respondent are present in open Court. 3. The alleged detenue Ms.S.Geetha, who is the wife of Saravana Kumar, the petitioner herein, submitted that there is no illegal detention by her father, the third respondent herein. Since there was an misunderstanding between herself and her husband, the petitioner herein, she went out of her house and she was with her father and mother in her parental home. 4. Having recorded the statement made by the alleged detenue, we are of the view that there is no illegal detention and the petitioner is also willing to take back his wife, the alleged detenue viz., Ms.S.Geetha. 5. Recording the above said statement made by the detenue, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
