Judgment : 1. The petitioner has come forward to file the above writ petition, seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass orders on the pending representation dated 14.8.2013 in which a request was made to appoint him as a Junior Assistant pursuant to the calling letter dated 22.7.2013. 2. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 14.8.2013, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. The writ petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
