Judgment S. Tamilvanan, J. 1. The alleged detenue Rajeswari, aged about 32 years is produced before the Bench. We enquired the detenue. On enquiry, she said that the petitioner S.Sarathi is her husband and on account of their matrimonial life, they got two children and she is now living separately. Due to misunderstanding between herself and her husband, her children are with her parents. 2. According to the detenue, there is no illegal detention of the alleged detenue by the second respondent or any other person. 3. Having recorded the statement of the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention, we are of the view that this Habeas Corpus Petition is not maintainable. 4. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition is liable to be dismissed and accordingly, we dismiss the Habeas Corpus Petition.
