Judgment : 1. One Mr. K. Swaminathan, who was a workman employed with the Central Bank of India was dismissed from service. 2. It is now stated by the learned counsel representing Central Bank of India Employees Union as well as the Management viz., Central Bank of India that as against the dismissal order, an appeal was preferred, wherein, the order of dismissal was set aside and a punishment of 'Censure' was imposed and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions. 3. In view of submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
