Order 1. Both the counsel appearing for the respective parties submit that the above Tr.CMPs have become infructuous in view of the fact that the subject matter of the suits which are sought to be transferred have already been withdrawn from the Trial Court. 2. Recording the said submission, these Tr.CMPs are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
