Judgment 1. Tr.CMP No.454 of 2013 is filed seeking the transfer of O.S.No.8 of 2012 from the file of the District Munsif, Thiruvallur to the file of the 17th Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, to be tried along with O.S.No.7377 of 2012 on the reason that the issues involved in both the suits are common and the oral and documentary evidences to be let in both the cases are also common in nature. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents is not disputing the said fact and is not having any objection for transferring O.S.No.8 of 2012 to the file of the 17th Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, to be tried along with O.S.No.7377 of 2012. 3. Accordingly, the above Tr.CMP is allowed and O.S.No.8 of 2012 is withdrawn from the file of the District Munsif, Thiruvallur and transferred to the file of the 17th Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, to be tried along with O.S.No.7377 of 2012. 4. The Tr.CMP is allowed in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
