Judgment 1. The 1st respondent herein had passed an order on 14.08.2014 and directed the 2nd respondent herein to conduct special executive meeting as per Co-operative Society rules in order to move no-confidence motion against the president of the society namely P.N.Patty Veerakkal Pudur Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society Limited. 2. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner has filed the above writ petition and challenged the same. Today, when the above writ petition came up before this Court, the highly competent Special Government Pleader L.P.Shanmugasundaram, produced an order copy issued by the Joint Director of Tamil Nadu Co-Operative Society. On scrutiny of the said order, it is seen that sufficient executive members did not participate and hence the 1st respondents order was not carried out. As such, the 1st respondents order has become defunct. Hence, the above writ petition has become infructuous. Since, the petitioner does not require this Court order. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
