Judgment S. Tamilvanan, J. 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 2. The alleged detenue Miss. Anusubiya @ Selvi aged 16 years, daughter of the petitioner, is produced before this Bench. 3. When we enquired the detenue, she expressed her willingness to go along with her mother viz., Mrs.Vasuki, wife of the petitioner, who is present before this Court. 4. Having recorded the abovesaid statement of the alleged detenue, we find that it is just and reasonable to send the alleged minor detenue Anusubiya @ Selvi along with her mother viz., Mrs.Vasuki, wife of the petitioner. 5. Recording the statement of the detenue minor Miss. Anusubiya @ Selvi, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
