Judgment: Although, indulgence was shown to the petitioner by giving time to file rejoinder on more than one occasion in the past; and in the previous order dated 21.3.2014 it was made amply clear that no request for adjournment on any count at the instance of the petitioner will be entertained on future dates in this matter. 2. Today, when the matter was called out, we are informed that the Advocate for the petitioner is out of station. No adjustment application is filed. The question of acceding to this request does not arise. 3. In the circumstances, the petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
