Judgment 1. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is no more and she is not able to get any instructions from the legal heirs of the petitioner. 2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as abated, however, with liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to file an appropriate application to restore the writ petition, if so advised. No costs.
