Judgment : 1. It is stated that the learned counsel for the petitioner is no more. 2. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the dismissal order passed against the petitioner for participation in the strike on 02.07.2003 went upto the Apex court and he was ultimately reinstated into service. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
