JUDGMENT 1. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent, dated 29.1.2009. 2. The matter was referred for mediation to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, by the order of this Court, dated 20.1.2014. 3. A communication, dated 13.2.2014, of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, has been received, enclosing a copy of the Mediation Report, dated 6.2.2014, stating that the matter has been settled between the parties concerned, as per the terms cited in the Mediation Agreement, dated 6.2.2014. 4. As the parties have arrived at a settlement, in terms of the Mediation Agreement, dated 6.2.2014, this Petition is listed for passing orders. 5. The Mediation Agreement, dated 6.2.2014, signed by the parties, as well as their respective counsels, reads as follows:- "Both sides, out of their own volition and without any pressure or coercion from any side have agreed as follows: 1. The Petitioner and the Respondents 4 and 5 have amicably decided to sort out their differences by way of a family arrangement. 2. The 4 and 5th Respondents agrees to release their claim from the pension of their late father Mr.P.Palani and that they have no objection for the whole family pension being paid to the Petitioner and that they will not claim the 50% of the pension as the surviving legal heirs of late P. Palani. 3. Both parties agrees that they have no further claim against each other." 6. In terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, which is recorded under the Mediation Agreement, dated 6.2.2014, this petition is disposed of. The terms of the Mediation Agreement, dated 6.2.2014, shall form part of the record. M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2010 are closed.
