ORDER : Learned counsel for the petitioner cited a decision of this Court in Lokesh Kumar Jain v. State of Rajasthan 2013 (3) RCR (Criminal) 763 in support of his submission that the criminal case should be dropped against the petitioner as the departmental proceedings for identical charges have been dropped. 2. In view of the above, issue notice. 3. In the meanwhile, further proceedings arising out of FIR NO. 40/2003 dated 21st August, 2003 filed under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtak shall remain stayed qua the petitioner.
