Judgment: Heard petitioner in person as well as counsel for the State. 2. The issue raised in this petition emanates from the communication issued by the Senior District Registrar dated 27.1.2014. The said communication predicates that no link registration should be entertained without production of relevant records. 3. In the first place, we fail to appreciate as to how Public Interest Litigation in connection with this communication can be entertained. The question as to whether in a given case registration of linked transaction can be permitted or otherwise will be a decision in the fact situation of that case. The party applying for registration if aggrieved by that decision, will have to resort to remedy of statutory appeal. The question of entertaining Public Interest Litigation does not arise. 4. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
