Judgment: Heard counsel for the parties. 2. In view of the reply affidavit filed by the respondent No.1/State, we are of the opinion that the respondent/State is taking all measures to fulfill its commitment under the Scheme and for upliftment of the disabled students. If the petitioner has any specific grievance about any institution will be free to make representation to the Secretary, Department of School Education. 3. We have no manner of doubt that the said Authority shall examine the issue with utmost dispatch and communicate his decision and directions issued, if any, to the petitioner within six weeks from the receipt of such representation. 4. We make it clear that disposal of this writ petition is not expressing any opinion on the correctness of the stand taken in the reply affidavit. It will, therefore, be open to the petitioner to even contradict the factual position stated in the affidavit with substantive material and to point out that position to the Secretary, School Education Department, by way of representation, which aspect also should be enquired and follow up action taken in accordance with law. 5. Petition disposed of.
