JUDGMENT M. Jaichandren J.- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petitions, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents had submitted that the e-auction was scheduled to be held on 21.2.2014. However, no e-auction had taken place, as there were no bidders. In such circumstances, the writ petitions have become infructuous. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had not refuted the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that no e-auction had taken place, on 21.2.2014, this writ petitions have become infructuous. Hence, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2014 are closed.
