ORDER 1. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners informs this Court that he has been instructed to withdraw the Writ Petitions and also made an endorsement in the relevant typed set of papers of the Writ Petitions. That apart, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has also made an endorsement in the relevant typed set of papers of the Writ Petitions to the effect that 'the Petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petitions with liberty to file fresh Writ Petitions. 2. In view of the aforesaid endorsement made by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners and recording the said fact, both these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
