JUDGMENT M. Jaichandren, J. 1. This writ petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the e-auction sale notice, dated 11.01.2014, issued by the respondent bank and to quash the same. 2. Heard Mr.S.N.Amarnath, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.S.Ganesh, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent bank. 3. At this stage of hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent bank had submitted that the e-auction sale scheduled to have been held, on 18.2.2014, did not take place, as there were no bidders. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the said submission made on behalf of the respondent bank. In such circumstances, we are of the view that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
