Judgment: This Habeas Corpus Petition was filed at the time when Harshlata Wasnik D/o Kunjilal Wasnik was allegedly not allowed by respondent No.5 to meet the petitioner. The petitioner and said Harshlata have now performed marriage on 8/4/2014. She has been produced in the Court by Shri Upendra Dixit, SDO (P), Rahli, District Sagar. We have interviewed her and we find that she is staying with petitioner with full understanding and without any pressure or coercion from any quarter. She stated before us that she would continue to stay with petitioner and the marriage solemnized between her and petitioner has been consummated after 8/4/2014. The petitioner is not in a position to attend the Court today due to indisposition. Since this is Habeas Corpus Petition, nothing would survive for consideration, as it is admitted position that the petitioner and said Harshlata are, presently, staying together after performance of marriage on 8/4/2014. If the petitioner has any grievance against the family members of Harshlata, he is free to pursue appropriate remedy, as may be advised. We are not expressing any opinion on the said controversy. Petition is disposed of on the above terms.
